EPIBOND® 104 A-1/B

EPIBOND® 104 A-1/B is a two-part, cream-colored, non-flowing paste designed for bonding metals, plastics, concrete, and rubber. Its viscosity provides good gap-filling properties, making it suitable for vertical surfaces. Applications include honeycomb edge sealing, concrete patching, rigid foam sealant, vibration dampers, and press pads. Available in different work-life versions, it also includes the EPIBOND® 104A-1 resin/Hardener 946 epoxy adhesive.

Cure Schedule

  • Three days at 77°F (25°C), or 24 hours at 100°F (38°C), or one hour at 150°F (66°C).

Storage Information
  • EPIBOND® 104A-1/B should be stored in a dry place, in the sealed original container, at temperatures between +2°C and +40°C (+35.6°F and 104°F).
  • The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight.
  • Under these storage conditions, and when supplied under Huntsman standard certification, this product has a shelf life of 1 year (expiration date may differ based on customer specification).
  • Material temperatures should be above 18°C (65°F) when mixing. After use, tightly reseal containers.
