ARALDITE® CW 1005.1 is a liquid epoxy adhesive from the chemical mixtures and blends family. It is suitable for adhesives and sealants markets, particularly in industrial applications, focusing on thermosetting adhesives and sealants technologies.

ARALDITE® CW 21043 is a paste resin from the chemical mixtures and blends family. It is suitable for adhesives and sealants markets, including aerospace and aviation, automotive, cold-chain insulation, off-road and recreational vehicles (RV), paints and coatings, power transmission and distribution, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and sports and recreation.

ARALDITE® DY 023 is cresyl glycidyl ether (CGE). Liquid epoxy resins based on bisphenol A and epichlorohydrin are sometimes too viscous for certain applications. The viscosity of these liquid resins can be reduced by adding solvents, plasticizers, or reactive diluents. However, when formulating thick coatings, the use of solvents is not recommended because they cannot be completely driven off. Plasticizers are often unsuitable for electrical applications or where heat resistance is required. Reactive diluents are free-flowing, low molecular weight compounds (130–210) that participate in the curing reaction and significantly reduce the viscosity of the epoxy resin system. Although reactive diluents can affect the final properties of the cured resin/hardener system, they represent the best choice for viscosity reduction. ARALDITE® DY 023 is less volatile and exhibits good resistance to water. It can be added to epoxy resins in quantities of 2–20% by weight. Additions exceeding 20% can cause considerable deterioration of the cured system's properties.

ARALDITE® DY 1158 is a low-viscosity epoxy silane with unique substituents. It is suitable as an adhesion promoter and flexibilizer in epoxy formulations, typically used in high-temperature epoxy adhesives.

ARALDITE® DY 3601 is a low viscosity epoxy resin based on a polypropylene glycol, designed to lower the viscosity and increase the flexibility and impact resistance of coatings, primers, floor toppings. Its addition to a system may also result in reduced chemical resistance and reactivity. It is usually added in amounts ranging from 5% to 30% on the binder (epoxy resin + hardener). ARALDITE® DY 3601 is 100% reactive. Unlike non-reactive plasticizers such as dibutyl phthalate, it is incorporated chemically into the epoxy system and will not diffuse from paint films.

ARALDITE® DY A diluent is a colorless, clear aliphatic glycidyl ether based on 2-ethylhexanol. It is primarily used as an additive to reduce the viscosity of liquid epoxy resins. The relatively long alkyl chain structure of ARALDITE® DY-A, combined with the polar epoxy group, results in efficient viscosity reduction and reduced surface tension. Epoxy resins modified with ARALDITE® DY-A diluent exhibit good wetting and leveling properties at low diluent concentrations.

ARALDITE® DY-C is a difunctional, aliphatic, reactive diluent for epoxy resins, enhancing the flexibility and processing of epoxy-based formulations.

ARALDITE® DY F is a difunctional, aliphatic, reactive diluent for epoxy resins.

ARALDITE® DY-31 is a multi-functional reactive diluent for epoxy resins, offering 100% solids and chemical-resistant coatings. It is suitable for concrete crack repair, coatings for containment areas, and high-performance adhesives.

ARALDITE® ECN 1273 is a polyepoxide resin produced by reacting epichlorohydrin with an ortho-cresol formaldehyde novolac. The molecular weight of the novolac controls the resin’s molecular weight and functionality, which ranges from 2.5 to 5.5 reactive groups per molecule. Unlike conventional bisphenol-A based epoxy resins, this polyepoxide offers multiple reactive sites, enhancing crosslinking density and performance.
