ARALDITE® CW 1226-1 / ARADUR® HW 1226-1 is an electrical insulation material. It is also a hot-curing casting resin system with good experience and high crack resistance.

ARALDITE® CW 229 / ARADUR® HW 229 can be used in all insulation components of motors and generators due to their high mechanical strength, strong adhesion to various metals and substrates, and excellent dielectric properties. The low resin viscosity ensures homogeneous impregnation. The materials have very high temperature resistance and withstand extreme thermal cycling in service. The trend toward increased power output, higher integration density, and decreased size for generators and motors requires thermal management. ARALDITE® CW 229 / ARADUR® HW 229-1 is a liquid, heat-curing two-component epoxy casting system containing mechanically reinforcing fillers. This system is readily processed into a resilient polymer with excellent mechanical and electrical characteristics. The cured product exhibits exceptional resistance to thermal cycling as well as thermal endurance properties, making it suitable for 200°C applications. This system is recommended for the manufacture of electrically insulating components and for use as electrical insulation for indoor medium and high voltage applications, including SF6 insulated types.

ARALDITE® CW 229-3 / ARADUR® HW 229-1 is a liquid, brown, hot-curing two-component epoxy casting system with excellent crack resistance. It is prefilled with slightly abrasive, mechanically reinforcing fillers.

ARALDITE® CW 5522 / ARADUR® HY 5522 is a cycloaliphatic, prefilled, hot-curing, two-component epoxy casting resin system for outdoor applications in the medium voltage and heavy power electro industry. It offers high thermal shock resistance combined with a high glass transition temperature.

ARALDITE® CW 5625 / ARADUR® HW 5625-1 is a prefilled, cycloaliphatic, hot-curing, two-component epoxy casting resin system recommended for medium voltage electrical applications in outdoor, indoor, and high humidity environments. It exhibits hydrophobic properties, including hydrophobicity transfer and recovery, as well as excellent arc-tracking resistance, erosion resistance to UV radiation, excellent mechanical and dielectric properties, and good thermal shock resistance.

ARALDITE® CW 5817 Resin with ARADUR® HY 1235 Hardener and ACCELERATOR DY 062 is a cycloaliphatic, prefilled, heat curing, three component epoxy casting resin system recommended for outdoor applications in the medium voltage and heavy power electrical industry. It offers high thermal shock resistance combined with high glass transition temperature.

ARALDITE® CW 5859 ET / ARADUR® HW 5859 ET is a power casting system. It is a liquid, hot-curing casting resin system for indoor applications. This system has a very low coefficient of thermal expansion and good mechanical end-properties. It is suitable for medium and high voltage applications.

ARALDITE® CW 5908 / ARADUR® HW 5909 resin with hardener is a cycloaliphatic, prefilled, hot-curing, two-component epoxy casting system recommended for outdoor applications in the medium voltage and heavy power electrical industry. It offers high thermal shock resistance combined with high glass transition temperature.

ARALDITE® CW 5938 / ARADUR® HW 5939 is a liquid, heat-curing prefilled two-component epoxy casting system used for the manufacture of internal electrical encapsulation. It is indicated for crack-sensitive isolators, parts of electrical equipment, bushings, dry-type transformers, and measuring transformers.

ARALDITE® CW 5957 / ARADUR® HW 5958 are electrical insulation materials. This prefilled, liquid, hot-curing, cycloaliphatic epoxy resin system has hydrophobic properties and is suitable for outdoor applications in severe climatic conditions.

ARALDITE® CW 9029 US Resin with ARADUR® HW 9029 US Hardener is a liquid, heat-curing two-component epoxy casting system containing mechanically reinforcing fillers. This system is readily processed into a resilient polymer with excellent mechanical and electrical characteristics. The cured product exhibits exceptional resistance to thermal cycling and thermal endurance properties, qualifying it for 200°C applications. This system is recommended for the manufacture of electrically insulating components and for use as electrical insulation in indoor medium- and high-voltage applications, including SF6-insulated types.

ARALDITE® CY 179 / ARADUR® HT 907 / ACCELERATOR DY 072 is a liquid, very low-viscosity cycloaliphatic hot-curing resin system with excellent high-temperature performance and stable dielectric properties, combined with superior arc, tracking, and UV resistance.

ARALDITE® CY 184 / ARADUR® HY 1235 BD / FLEXIBILIZER DY 044 / ACCELERATOR DY 062 is a liquid, hot-curing, cycloaliphatic epoxy resin system for outdoor applications in difficult climatic conditions.
